Our Payroll System contains three tabs, each navigable from within the WordPress admin. Let’s take a closer look at each of these tabs and their features.

1. Add Employee

The Add Employee tab allows business owners to add new employee and their details, including their monthly salary. The form is customizable and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the business. The following fields are included in the form:

• Employee name
• Employee email address
• Employee job title
• Employee salary
• Employee bank account details

Once the employee’s details have been entered, they are added to the system, and their salary is automatically included in the Payroll Overview tab.

2. Manage Employee

The Manage Employee tab allows business owners to manage and edit the employees created in the Add Employee tab. They can view each employee’s details and update them as needed. The following features are available in this tab:

• View employee details, including name, email address, job title, and salary.
• Edit employee details, including job title, and salary.
• Delete an employee from the system.

The Manage Employee tab makes it easy for business owners to keep track of their employees’ details and make changes as needed.

3. Payroll Overview

The Payroll Overview tab is the heart of our Payroll System. It allows business owners to review all employees at a glance, with totals, and submit them at once to generate pay slips. The following features are available in this tab:

• View all employees and their details, including name, job title, and salary.
• Calculate the total salary automatically.
• Generate payment slips for all employees at once.
• Export payroll data to a CSV file.

The Payroll Overview tab makes it easy for business owners to manage their employees’ payrolls, generate payment slips, and export data for further analysis.
