Lehmann Electrical Supplies didn’t want to list 30,000+ products online. Instead, they needed a simple way for customers to tell them what items they need and a clean workflow for their sales reps to prepare quotes.
Desol Int built a custom quoting system inside WooCommerce that makes the whole process fast, organized, and easy to use.

What We Delivered
1. Easy Category Based Item Entry
Customers see four categories: Switch Gear, Lighting, Devices, Wire. Under each one, they can:
- An improved “Add to Quote” button that saves data without redirection

2. Quote Summary Page
Before submitting, users can:
- Review all items grouped by category
- Edit or delete entries
- An expandable text box where customers can list item names, quantities, and brands
Helps avoid mistakes and makes quotes clear.

3. Simple Final Submission
We added:
- Edit or correct entries
- Delete and re-enter a category list if needed
- Click “Preview Quote” for a PDF-like view and submit
Make the final step straightforward.
4. Automated Sales Rep Workflow
The system assigns each customer a dedicated sales rep. Reps can:
- Add prices and fees
- Edit items
- Send the final quote back to the customer
Everything stays neatly organized in WooCommerce.
5. Quote Approval → Checkout
When customers approve the quote:
- It becomes a WooCommerce order
- Checkout is easy—only address + payment
- Stripe/WooPayments handle payments
- Admin add credit card fees
