SkillAmplify was created as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to enter the online education market quickly. The goal was to build a professional, automated platform that is easy for students to use while maintaining high standards for instructor content.

They wanted to host multiple instructors and companies without having to manually manage every single enrollment, payment, or user account. They needed a professional marketplace that could run itself while they focused on growth.

We built the platform using WordPress, TutorLMS, and Droip, focusing on three key areas:
Automated Learning Management
We simplified the “Enroll-to-Learn” journey:
- Structured Content: Organized courses, lessons, quizzes and interactive pages for a smooth learning flow.
- Instant Access: By linking Stripe and WooCommerce, we ensured that the moment a student hits “buy,” they are instantly enrolled and sent their login details. No waiting, no manual emails.
Quality Control Workflows
To keep the platform professional, we built a “Gateway” system:
- Instructor Approval: New teachers can register, but they can’t publish until an admin reviews their profile. This protects the brand’s reputation.
- Company Portals: We set up dedicated roles for Companies, allowing them to manage their own team’s progress and training in one private area.
Professional Design & UX
A learning platform is only good if people enjoy using it. We focused on a distraction-free experience:
- Branded Dashboards: Custom-styled areas for students to track their progress and instructors to see their earnings.
- Mobile-First Design: Since many students learn on the go, we optimized every page to be fast and responsive on smartphones.
- Master Template: We didn’t just hand over an empty site; we built a “Master Template” course that the client can now use as a guide to upload future content perfectly every time.
