Is Formstack secure?
Formstack offers Enterprise-level security. It is HIPAA and GDPR compliance. ISO27001 and SOC2 certified policies and procedures. Advanced data protection measures (TLS 1.2 and AES with 256-bit key).
Will you need my formstack account access?
You can use our agency email and can add us as an agency member in your account, where you can assign us a workspace that will be for the specific form development accordingly. We won’t be able to access your other forms and entires.
Do we offer formstack premium account?
We don’t offer Formstack accounts, we are offering Formstack form development and automation services only. However, we can guide you choose the right account and can give you our partner link to signup with that will give you priority support.
How do you charge?
We will evaluate the form complexity, and based on the hours required the estimates will be presented. Usually, we offer fixed pricing for the projects.
How we can hire you?
We can do a direct contract where you will pay some % upfront cost, and remaining on project completion. Our Formstack Specialist also works on Upwork and we can use the Upwork secure escrow system for contract purpose.
Do we sign any NDA?
We respect the security you need and we are willing to sign NDA if that’s required for the contract.
